靈耀（LINGYO）尊重並保護所有使用者的個人隱私。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用及保護您的資料。

1. 我們收集的資訊

• 帳號資料：登入時由第三方（Apple、Google、LINE）提供的識別資訊（電子郵件、顯示名稱），或您提供的手機號碼（僅用於簡訊 OTP 驗證）
• 出生資料：您主動輸入的出生年、月、日、時辰，用於八字能量分析。此資料儲存於您的帳號下，可由您隨時刪除
• 使用者內容：您上傳的珠子照片、手環設計配方、品牌 Logo 及客戶備註
• 訂閱資料：透過 Apple App Store 處理的訂閱狀態（我們不儲存信用卡資訊）
• 裝置資訊：基本的裝置識別碼，用於維持登入狀態

2. 資訊使用方式

• 提供水晶手環設計、儲存與分享功能
• 依您的出生資料計算五行能量，推薦對應的水晶搭配
• 提供水晶工作室的客戶管理功能
• 驗證訂閱方案並解鎖對應功能
• 改善應用程式功能與使用者體驗

3. 第三方服務

本應用程式使用業界標準的第三方服務提供資料儲存、身份驗證、訂閱管理及圖片儲存等功能。您選擇以第三方帳號登入時，該第三方將依其自身隱私政策處理相關資料。我們僅與為提供本服務所必要的服務供應商共享資料，且這些供應商均受保密義務約束。

4. 資料儲存與安全

您的資料儲存於安全的雲端資料庫，採用業界標準的加密傳輸（HTTPS/TLS）。我們不會出售或出租您的個人資料給任何第三方。

5. 資料保留與刪除

您可隨時在 App 內的帳號設定中申請刪除帳號。刪除後，所有相關個人資料（含出生資料、設計配方、客戶備註）將於 30 天內從我們的系統中移除。部分資料可能因法律義務需保留更長時間。

6. 兒童隱私

本服務不針對 13 歲以下兒童，我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。

7. 隱私政策變更

如本隱私政策有重大變更，我們將透過應用程式通知您。繼續使用本服務即表示您同意更新後的隱私政策。

LINGYO respects and protects the personal privacy of all users. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: identifying information provided by a third party at sign-in (Apple, Google, LINE) — such as email address and display name — or the phone number you provide (used only for SMS OTP verification)
• Birth data: the birth year, month, day, and time you enter, used for birth-energy analysis. This data is stored under your account and can be deleted by you at any time
• User content: the bead photos, bracelet designs, brand logo, and client notes you upload
• Subscription data: subscription status processed through the Apple App Store (we do not store credit card information)
• Device information: basic device identifiers used to keep you signed in

2. How We Use Information

• To provide crystal bracelet design, saving, and sharing features
• To calculate five-element energies from your birth data and recommend matching crystals
• To provide client-management features for crystal studios
• To verify your subscription plan and unlock the corresponding features
• To improve the app's features and user experience

3. Third-Party Services

This app uses industry-standard third-party services for data storage, authentication, subscription management, and image storage. When you choose to sign in with a third-party account, that third party will handle the relevant data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the Service, and those providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database using industry-standard encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS). We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time in the app's account settings. After deletion, all related personal data (including birth data, designs, and client notes) will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by legal obligations.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you through the app. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
