歡迎使用靈耀（LINGYO）應用程式（以下簡稱「本服務」）。請在使用本服務前仔細閱讀以下服務條款。使用本服務即表示您同意接受本條款的約束。
靈耀是一款水晶手環搭配工具，幫助使用者根據能量屬性設計、儲存、分享專屬的水晶手環配方，並提供水晶工作室所需的客戶管理功能。本服務亦提供供使用者參考的八字能量分析，分析結果僅供參考，不構成任何醫療、財務或命理學專業建議。
本服務提供以下自動續費訂閱方案，費用將從您的 Apple ID 帳戶中扣除：
訂閱將在當前訂閱期結束前 24 小時內自動續費，除非您在此期限前關閉自動續費功能。
您可隨時至 iOS 設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱 管理或取消訂閱。取消後，您仍可使用訂閱服務至當前計費週期結束。
訂閱費用一經 Apple 收取，退款事宜依 Apple 退款政策辦理，請至 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。
您須透過 LINE、Google、Apple 帳號登入，或使用手機號碼簡訊驗證碼（OTP）完成登入。您有責任維護帳號安全，並對使用您帳號進行的所有活動負責。
您在本服務中提供的出生年月日時辰（用於八字能量分析）、上傳的珠子照片、手環設計配方及客戶備註，均僅用於提供本服務功能，不會用於其他商業目的。詳見我們的隱私政策。
我們保留隨時修改、暫停或終止本服務（或其任何部分）的權利，恕不另行通知。我們不對服務中斷造成的損失負責。
本服務提供的水晶搭配建議及八字能量分析僅供參考，不構成醫療、財務或法律建議。本服務「按現狀」提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保證。
在法律允許的最大範圍內，靈耀對因使用或無法使用本服務而導致的任何間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損害不承擔責任。
您可隨時在應用程式的帳號設定中申請刪除帳號。刪除後，所有相關個人資料將依本服務隱私政策之規定處理。
我們可能不時更新本服務條款。重大變更將透過應用程式通知或電子郵件告知您。繼續使用本服務即表示您接受更新後的條款。
本條款受中華民國（台灣）法律管轄，相關爭議由台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Welcome to the LINGYO app (the "Service"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LINGYO is a crystal bracelet design tool that helps you design, save, and share personalized crystal bracelet combinations based on energy attributes, and provides client-management features for crystal studios. The Service also offers a birth-energy analysis for your reference. Results are for reference only and do not constitute medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind.
The Service offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans, billed to your Apple ID account:
Subscriptions renew automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you turn off auto-renewal before then.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime at iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After canceling, you retain access to the subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.
Once a subscription fee has been charged by Apple, refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. Please submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You must sign in with a LINE, Google, or Apple account, or with a phone-number SMS one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted under it.
The birth date and time you provide (used for birth-energy analysis), the bead photos you upload, your bracelet designs, and your client notes are used solely to provide the Service's features and are not used for any other commercial purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
The crystal recommendations and birth-energy analysis provided by the Service are for reference only and do not constitute medical, financial, or legal advice. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LINGYO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You may request deletion of your account at any time in the app's account settings. After deletion, all related personal data will be handled in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or by email. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any related disputes shall be subject to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
